The core personnel at Jalbert Environmental have been providing engineering and technical services to the US Navy since 1979. JEI Designed Systems are the Navy’s standard for ship generated wastewater treatment with twelve (12) units located at Pearl Harbor, Norfolk Naval and Puget Sound Naval Shipyards. In addition, numerous commercial ship repair facilities have also purchased JEI systems. JEI personnel have provided training on the operation, maintenance, repair and trouble shooting for its Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) systems for all customers. JEI personnel have performed hundreds of Shipboard Pollution Abatement System (SPAS) Shipboard Technical Assist Visits onboard Navy, Army, Coast Guard, Military Sealift, NOAA and commercial vessels in ports all over the world. Jalbert personnel operate systems under contract to various entities: at Norfolk Naval Shipyard alone our licensed operators have processed in excess of 120,000,000 gallons of ship and industrial generated waste water.
